Brighton Dental Clinic is a leading private dental clinic in the heart of Brighton & Hove city. Proud to be a Denplan Excel accredited clinic, the practice is able to offer treatment under Denplan, or privately under ‘fee per item’.

It is the clinic’s policy to ensure that each patient receives continuity of care, being seen by the same dentist at each visit. Above all, Brighton Dental Clinic is a caring practice that welcomes anxious and phobic patients.

Background

Pandora had already been working with Brighton Dental Clinic for over 10 years when the latter requested that we undertake the online promotion of their orthodontic dental services on social media and Google.

A digital marketing strategy was developed in collaboration with the practice’s management team, based on competition research, keyword strategy and deep-dive analysis, with the aim to dominate the search results given for Brighton and for the entire East Sussex area.

The Approach

Two different landing pages were built and deployed, both very efficient in terms of page speed and aesthetics, with clear call-to-action buttons. We introduced the use of Facebook business manager and ensured that the tracking code was in perfect working order; we also made sure that analytics could be performed in order to optimise data and sales.

Multiple campaigns were launched across Facebook, Instagram and the Google search engine and a content strategy for localised SEO content was devised.
